Existing Dual Swing Gate Automation with Wireless Keypad
Mclean, VA
DHA Gate Automation & Access completed the supply and installation of a complete dual swing gate automation and access control solution designed to provide reliable, secure, and convenient property access.
The project included a LiftMaster Residential Dual Swing Gate Operator with dual operator arms, control box, receiver, photo-eye safety system, warning signs, and remote control. A LiftMaster Wireless Keypad and 42-inch gooseneck pedestal were also installed to provide convenient and secure PIN-based access. The electrical work included site preparation, asphalt cutting, underground conduit installation, and routing 14/2 electrical wiring to provide a safe and protected connection for the gate system. The area was then backfilled, compacted, and the asphalt restored. The system was fully tested, programmed, and commissioned to ensure reliable gate operation, safety functionality, and access control performance.
Existing Dual Swing Gate Automation with MyQ Integration
Clarksville, MD
DHA Gate Automation & Access replaced the existing dual swing gate automation system with a new LiftMaster Residential Dual Swing Gate Operator designed to provide reliable and efficient gate operation.
The project included installation of the dual operator arms, control box, receiver, photo-eye safety system, warning signs, and safety sensor kit. The new system provides dependable operation with battery backup and accessory power capabilities.
A myQ® integration was also installed to provide smart access control, allowing the customer to monitor and control the gate remotely through the myQ® app and receive notifications about gate activity. The complete system was installed, programmed, tested, and commissioned to ensure safe and reliable operation.
